I’ll ask about their routine, feeding schedule, favorite activities, any special rules you have at home, their personality, health needs, medications, and any triggers or fears they might have. The more I know about what your pet loves (and what to avoid), the better I can keep them comfortable, cared for, and having fun while you’re gone.
A typical day
While you’re away, I’ll make sure your pets get plenty of love, attention, and fun! We’ll go on walks, play their favorite games, enjoy some cuddle time, and keep their routine as close to normal as possible.

Lucy was wonderful with our cat. This was the first time we used Rover and I was a bit anxious. She was great at helping me to navigate the app and keeping us updated while we were away. She was on-time, provided updates as well as pictures daily. It was so helpful to know our cat was loved and taken care of while we were away. We have another upcoming trip and will be looking to book with Lucy again.
