I have a lifelong passion for dogs and years of experience, including caring for seniors and special needs pups. I also volunteer at Second Chance Ranch, a rescue for senior dogs. All new dogs require a meet-and-greet prior to booking. I specialize in calm, small-to-medium dogs up to 25 pounds (I will consider larger dogs up to 40 lbs if they are calm adult dogs who don’t pull on a leash)

Lorri is amazing. Our Winnie had a health issue while in her care. She was so patient, kept us updated constantly, dropped everything to pick up a prescription. She even slept in her recliner bc for some reason our dog slept better there. We’re so glad we found her.

Lorri has watched Albus several times now and they get along great. This time she had the challenge of the terrible cold and foot of snow and she went above and beyond keeping him warm, training him to use a potty pad inside because it was too cold to potty outside. She takes excellent care of Albus every time and I never worry about him when he is with Lorri.

I’ll take great care of your pet—and give you peace of mind! Your pet will always be safe, whether on a leash, in the car with a seatbelt, or with an AirTag if you’d like. I’ll send daily updates and photos, and we can address any concerns together so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands.
A typical day
I want your pet to enjoy all the comforts of home! They’re welcome on furniture and in the bed. I’ll take them outside first thing in the morning, and then we’ll go for walks every 2–4 hours depending on their needs. For senior pets who enjoy fresh air but have trouble walking, I have a pet stroller and can take them around the neighborhood. I’m also happy to visit parks or pet-friendly stores like PetSmart or Home Depot.
