I currently work Weekends Friday-Sunday and my week is filled with lots of outdoor time on my hobbies farm. Lots of free time during the week helps me have fun with my animals and enjoy the sunshine.

All my pets are cat and dog friendly and have full freedom of the property. New comers are always on a 12 foot leash during playtime and walks, unless E-collar trained. When first meeting owners I go over your dogs recall manners and slowly introduce them to the pack on a long property walk. This helps incorporate pack leadership and expelling energy at the same time.

It is very important for a meet and greet to make sure your dog is comfortable with wide open spaces and other dogs. A one on one first meeting can be at my place or yours at least a week before sitting.
A typical day
My pack and I explore the outside pastures play fetch go swimming and relax on the porch. Sometimes your pup may have too much fun and smell like a farm dog, but don’t worry they always go home with a fresh bath and a tired puppy!

I’ve been a dog owner since 10 years old and have not gone without mans best friend since! I currently live on 23 acres in the country and long walks and chasing balls packs in most of the day with my 4 dogs Jetta, Odie, Ruby and Rowley. All dogs are dog friendly and well mannered. Graduating puppy classes to canine good citizen classes, plus dabbling in agility and herding.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Lori and the way she cares for animals in her home. Leaving your pets with someone else is always a little nerve-wracking, but Lori made it so easy and stress free. She treats every animal like they’re her own. You can tell right away how much she genuinely loves what she does. She took the time to learn our pet’s routine and personality, and she made sure they felt right at home. Lori also kept us updated with messages and pictures, which meant so much while we were away. When we picked up Pearl she didn’t even want to come home! That says everything. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your animals, large or small, Lori is it.
