Your trust means the world to us, and we value your loyalty by prioritizing returning clients, locking in their rates, and giving their requests top priority. However, we are always open to new clients, so feel free to reach out before your upcoming trip! 🐥Drop-In Visits Available exclusively for cats, our daily drop-in visit service offers either 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. Each visit includes: - Feeding - Changing water - Scooping the litter box - Any additional reasonable requests On each visit, we make sure your cat is well-fed, their space is cleaned and organized, and their environment remains comforting. We spoil them with wet treats or dry dental treats as a special treat during the visit! If time permits, we also engage in fun play with a pole toy, or offer gentle pets for those who seek cuddles. We do everything we can to make your cat happy, healthy, and relaxed while you're away.

🏠Boarding Services We offer boarding exclusively for cats, with the option to socialize with our friendly British Shorthairs or stay in a quiet, separate room based on your cat’s preference. Each guest cat will receive at least 8 hours of active, loving companionship daily, we provide complimentary cat litter box and litter usage to ensure a clean, fresh environment. We share our home with two lovely British Shorthair cats. For boarding, you can choose whether your cat stays in their own room exclusively or may go in the house to socializes with our cats. Either way, we will provide a private study room dedicated to your cats exclusively (about 100 square feet), where we work on weekdays. Our room accept up to two cats from the same owner at a time, ensuring a comfortable and attentive stay for your pets. Boarding Expectations and Etiquettes For new clients, we require a meet-and-greet session. You can come to our house, we can e-meet online, and we can come to your house when avaliable. We will introduce ourselves, and we will go over the following expectation. It's important that we are on the same page, and you always have the choice to decide whether to board with us after this meet and greet. As part of the boarding experience, the following is always included: - A dedicated study room for your cat(s) with a working desk that I work remotely from. The room has access to window views and fresh air. You can bring toys, blankets, pads, and even cat trees. - Daily routines, included but not limited to providing dry and wet food according to your schedule, water fountain or water bowl replaced daily, litter box cleaned daily (at least). - Health monitoring through food & water intake tracking and poop and pee tracking, stress level monitoring, turn on and off feliway according to your schedule or observance, giving out pills or shots if needed, and emergency visit to the vet if needed. - Dedicated play time with us (human), >30 mins daily. - Working time (doing my own work) with the cats in the boarding room, >4 hours daily. While the room is dedicated to boarding, the shared space in the house (like living and dining room) is not dedicated to, but available for, boarding cats. They function as a house for all, including us, our cats, our guests, and your cats. Your cat(s) will be allowed into the house freely unless the following: - Being destructive, including but not limited to pee/poop outside of the litter box, constant scratching of furniture, biting on plastics, eclectic cords, cables, trying to push stuff off shelf or table. - Being too aggressive toward other people or cats, like constant hissing or initiate attack. - Trying to escape from the front/back door, try to jump to somewhere not reachable, or any action deemed uncontrollable. If qualified, your cat(s) will share the common space in the house. However, there might be certain temporary conditions when we will need to bring all cats, including our own, in their rooms, such as - When the front/back door needs to be open for a prolonged time, such as moving furniture. - When some guests visiting us are allergic to cat furs. - When we are feeding food/snacks/treats to cats, the other cats are allergic to that food. For example, our cats are allergic to pork, pigeons, and quails. - When we are using the study room for meetings or focus time. - When there are noise going on in the house, such as vacuuming, or the smoke alarm is at false positive For all cats, 24/7 access to the entire house is NOT guaranteed. While we do our best to maximize the time in the entire house for your boarding cats, we absolutely reserve the right to close the door to the dedicated boarding room when necessary. If free access to the entire house all the time is a MUST for you, we recommend you book drop-in visits with us instead, which is offered at similar rates for the 10-mins drive area from our place. In one sentence, we will treat your cat like ours, if not better. If you have any expectations or concerns, please let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate. If you board with us, it’s expected that you have read through this, and communicated any expectation not listed here to us before the booking. 📦Other Services We are also a certified Pidan and Homerun cat litter seller! 👀Hi, we are Leo and Joy, nice to e-meet you! 1️⃣Why Choosing Us? 🧑💻👩💻We are both remote software engineers, so we have highly flexible schedules. We offer drop-in visits near Bellevue Kirkland & Bothell, after 5 PM daily and very limited availability at 9 AM upon request. We don't have restriction on drop off and pick up times for boarding as long as you communicate ahead of time with us. 🐈We’ve cared for over 100 cats in the past year and am skilled at identifying potential health issues during interactions. I’m also experienced in administering special medications, including hairball relief, oral medications, and even injections. 🧾We send detailed questionnaires to clients and focus on the little things to ensure your fur babies are treated like royalty. 📷Using the latest iPhone, we provide high-quality photos and videos, keeping you updated on your pet’s activities. We also maintain clear communication about any concerns, such as vomiting or poops outside the litter box. For new clients, we require a meet-and-greet session. You can come to our house with your cats (preferred for boarding), we can e-meet online, and we can come to your house when avaliable. We will introduce ourselves, and we will go over the expectation and boarding etiquettes (if applicable) which is avaliable on our profile. It's important that we are on the same page, and you always have the choice to decide whether to book with us after this meet and greet.

We had a great experience boarding our cat over the holidays. Litian & Junyi were super attentive to our care instructions and kept a close eye on eating, drinking, and litter habits. We got lots of daily photos and videos, and they even took the cutest pictures of our cat 😆 It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cat was in such good hands. Our cat came back happy and in great condition. Would definitely book again!


Wonderful, caring pet sitters. Very communicative, and genuinely spent lots of time in the room with the babies (their kitties were a little stressed at the time, so they were kept separate). Lots of pictures, and they wiped eyes and ears for us which was wonderful. I was pleased they kept the litter VERY clean - and most importantly, I got back healthy, relaxed kitties that clearly bonded with both Junyi and Litian! Would stay again. Thank you!
