I have taken care of other peoples pets for little over 5 years now along with my own two and decided to join Rover. I have experience with both cats and dogs. From feeding, walking, regular check ins, and playing. All depending on the animal and the requirements. I have boarded at my home before. I have also been trusted to stay at other people's homes while they've been away to look after their pets. So whether you're looking for a home from home for your dog. Someone to visit your home to spend time with your pets or just something as easy as making sure they get their required toilet break. I would happily recommend Leigh if your looking for a great pet caregiver! He has looked after my cat a few times now and found him to be attentive, conscientious, reliable and cares sincerely for animals as well as being trust worthy when he's stayed to oversee my cat's care when i've had to go away at short notice. He was very accommodating and approachable in discussing needs and requirements and great responsiveness when having to arrange availability for cat sitting.
An exceptional level of service delivered in the care of our beloved dog Poppy . Leigh was very good and listened to our instructions regarding medicines ( tablets ) our dog was to take . Everything went smoothly and will without don’t be contacting again for services available .
Leigh is amazing with my dog Lennie. He treats him like he's his own! Lennie loves going on a long walk with him or even just going around his house for play time and a nap. Leigh's dog 'Rocky' and cat 'Tom' are also great and have no problem with Lennie being around and acting like he owns the place. Leigh is very trustworthy and reliable and has become and good friend to me and Lennie.
When we have been away, Leigh has looked after our cat, Fluffer. Coming over feeding him, letting him out, getting him in and if needed he has stayed over while we have been away.
Leigh has helped with the family dog, Bertie on numerous occasions now. Coming and taking him for a walk a few times a day. Highy recommended and reliable.
Leigh provided great care and company to Jasper, coming to feed him and check in on him daily - spending quality time with him to make sure he had everything he needed. Great, effective caregiver who takes time to get to know your pet, would recommend every time.

Safety, trust & environment
24 Hour BOARDING / DAYCARE - there are two people in my home, a smoke free home, both adults, myself and a retiree, so there will always be someone to provide the care and attention for your dog 24 hours. I can't stress this enough your dog MUST be dog and cat friendly as I have a chihuahua and a cat. If your dog is good with other dogs but you are unsure with cats, then this is where meet and greets are ideal. Please have your dog up to date with flea treatment and inform me of anything medical I need to be aware of such as seizures. Your dog will get free roam of the house and garden. They are not in any type of kennel structure. They are more than welcome to sleep on beds or if they have their own bed or crate provided, great. My garden is fully fenced with high panels. I also have cameras in and around the home for extra security. I live a minute from 3 large fields, I am also surrounded by huge acres of land. So your dog would get all the exercise they require if they require. Not to mention less than a mile drive from Stafford Castle. I also provide my own client registration / consent forms either physical or digital for you to fill in on or before the agreed date of boarding which I can then refer to. Dog Walking - If it is just walking required then I can do whatever you need from 30 minutes to an hour. I prefer to walk one to one. I don't like walking a pack of dogs. 2 would be maximum. Pet Sitting - I have been trusted before to visit cats and dogs to feed, let out, or stay the night. Whether you need an hourly visit or longer feel free to ask.

A typical day
I live near 3 huge fields, woods, acres of lands and Stafford Castle so there will be plenty of time for walks right on my doorstep. A House with a garden for them to roam around. If its a colder day a nice warm fire to sit beside. Toys, balls and more to keep your dog entertained.
