I am semi retired working part-time supporting special needs adults a few days per week but love animals and would love to supplement my income by walking / checking in with your dogs and caring for your cats . I have the freedom to also work weekends if needed . I drive so I am flexible .

I am available to check in on your pets. I will provide food and water as well as play and enrichment to keep them happy and entertained. For cats, I am also available to empty litter boxes. I am available to cuddle your pet and spend some time with them while you cannot.

A typical day
Hikes/trail adventures, nature walks , car rides, ball /stick, frisbee throw. Toy play: tug of war and or gentle games that will match each dog's energy level. I also love incorporating simple training games like practicing sit, shake a paw, or other cues, to keep their minds active and reinforce positive behaviour.

Laura is incredibly gentle and patient with animals. She did drop in visits for my two cats, including one who is very wary of strangers and always hides. Somehow, Laura got him to come out and sit near her in the living room! He never did that! She’s the only person I fully trust with my pets. I highly recommend her as a responsible and loving caregiver.
