Laura came on time and we were so happy that she walked our dog for over a mile! Will definitely use her again
Laura is very kind. She answered texts promptly and effectively and the cats were well cared for. She came to our house ahead of time to make sure we were comfortable and that she knew where to find everything, which we appreciated.
Laura was so patient and flexible, even when circumstances were difficult. She was amazing with Louie, who gets nervous with new people in the house. Louie was so happy to get out for nice long walks when we were stuck at work.
Laura has helped so much with our puppy this week when our schedules weren’t allowing for lunchtime trips home. She was reliable, consistent, and treated Millie so well! We have a puppy cam and I got a movement alert and could see how excited Millie was when Laura arrived and it has eased my mind knowing how well Laura has been taking care of her!
This was our first experience using Rover and were pleased with the process and Laura's attentiveness for our dog, Haley. Laura was very caring and attentive to Haley's needs and Haley seemed to have truly enjoyed her stay. We definitely would not hesitate to use Laura again when we need.
Laura and her sweet family were great with Lambeau and shared adorable pictures of his fun stay!
