Pet care experience

Would love to help you w/ your dog!

I grew up with dogs my whole life from the time I could walk my grandparents had a dog and when I turned 11 my family got a cocker spaniel. I have always helped my friends with their babies and since 2021 I have my own sweet English Cocker Spaniel (I got him when he was 3 months old)

Kristina has taken care of my dog many times since we met in 2021, she is caring and attentive to the dog. She is really good with sending updates. Our dogs are good friends at this point. I would recommend to trust her with your pet!

Schedule

My boyfriend and I mostly from home so one of us will be with your dog most of the time, except maybe for shopping and an hour for the gym, so you dog should manage to stay alone for 1-2 and should be leash trained and be able to walk without pulling. We are parents to a 4,5 year old cocker spaniel named Freddie since more than 2 years. We will take your dog on 2 longer walks every day and a shorter walk at lunch. We go to the Isar whenever the weather is nice as well as it’s a 15 minute walk from where we live. On the weekends we go to lakes. He gets along with other dogs rather well but I would prefer that the dogs meet to make sure they like each other. If your dog likes to be left alone, he will not bother them :) We accept only 1 dog at a time. For an extra fee, we could pick him/her up.

Safety, trust & environment

Since I have a dog myself, I would treat your dog like I would my own. I set boundaries but also reward them with praise and snacks. I would arrange a visit before taking on your baby to make sure they are familiar with my apartment and take a walk with them to understand how they tick. For dogs it is stressful to be in a new place and it’s important for me that we are familiar with each other. We have a 2 room apartment on the ground floor which is completely quiet with a patio.

Pets

A typical day

I would take them to the river or the park where there are lots of other dogs (unless otherwise specified) and they would get plenty of exercise.

0 to 7 kg
7 to 18 kg
Dogs over 1 year old
No females in heat
Takes only 1 client at a time
Kristina can host up to 1 pet per night
It would be good to understand when they need to be walked, fed, and how much attention they are used to. Do they have any allergies or triggers (ie kids on scooters).
