My name is Kayla and I am an undergraduate from Nmu where I graduated with a bachelors in biology/ zoology. I was a pre-vet student for two years. I have seven years with house sitting a a variety of animals from a small farm to domestic cat and dogs. I’ve owned cats and dogs my entire life and have gained a lot of experience with medication dispersion and senior dog care. I also have interned at a big cat sanctuary and a domestic vet office where I gained experience with enrichment, and knowledge on medical procedures. I feel confident in my ability to provide the best pet care experience possible. I prioritize your pet and create a personalized experience tailored to your pets needs. I take care of two pets daily, feed them morning and evening, give any meds that are needed and walk them before cleaning part time on the side for 3-5 hours at a time. Then I normally check in on them again at lunch time, to give a third meal if needed, potty break and play time. This is assuming I have to leave for prior obligations or to run errands. If not, I would be hanging with your pet from lunch on. I treat all pets like family, and love them unconditionally including any querks. I Am very sensitive to your pet needs and will try to accommodate them all. I like to get to know your pets personality and needs/ routine prior to sitting them to reduce stress and make them more comfortable. I also do not have any deal breakers, and understand commitment and responsibility. I am also open to any suggestions you may have on making the transition any easier on you or your pets.

We have had Kayla stay at our house twice now! This last time was for a week long vacation out of country. She communicates the perfect amount and even used WhatsApp per my request so I could still receive updates. We came home to happy pets and a clean house!
I have never left our dogs with anyone but family and due to health issues we had to change our plans. I never expected to come home to the happiest dogs ever!!!! Kayla sent pictures all the time with updates and because we were on a cruise our WiFi was not good but she had known that and still sent pics so when we did get WiFi it made us so happy to see them!!! We absolutely will use her again for future trips!!!!
Kayla did a great job taking care of our cat. She send several pictures each day. She left our home as neat and clean as it was when she arrived. We would definitely hire Kayla again !
Kayla did a great job sitting my two Great Danes and kitties. She communicated well about when she would have to leave the pups, sent pictures throughout the weekend, and even brought in some packages and mail for us. She cleaned up at the end of the weekend which was really nice to come home to! She’s great with the pets and very dependable!
Kayla took exceptional care of my two pups during my very difficult time away from home. I had to be gone for five days and bury a loved one. I didn’t have to worry about my dogs at all because she did everything I asked for and more. She even brought in the mail and packages that were delivered along with keeping the house, clean and tidy. Most importantly, she took pictures and communicated with me the whole time every single day about how the dogs were doing. I would hire Kayla again and again! She played with my dogs, kept the yard clean when they had to potty. It was one less thing I had to worry about when I got home. You can’t go wrong hiring her to watch your pets. Thank you, Kayla.

Schedule
I’m currently working part time and have a flexible schedule allowing me to fit my schedule around pet care. Prioritizing them first. I wake up take care of my dog. Then have help with midday needs and over night if needed to allow me to stay with your pet. Otherwise I let him out for a potty break at lunch and feed him at night with another potty break. Brush him weekly. Groom every month and a half. Pets and play daily. He doesn’t prefer exercise otherwise I would fit that in. But I have help watching pet while I take care of yours.
