Pet care experience
I’m Julia! I recently moved to Alberta because I love the mountains and the outdoors and I have a huge love for animals! I have had pets my whole life so I understand their needs and how to work with them! I have lots of experience with dog walking and looking after dogs. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and have dog sat for friends before. I am here to help you in whatever way I can and will look after your fur babies and make sure they are having fun and are looked after. I think for me this will be something good and I look forward to meeting your fur babies and doing whatever I can to help! I do have my own dog now but would love to still be able to help you out if he could come stay at your place while I pet sit (if you have dogs), or your dogs could come stay at my place. Thank you for letting me help you out!

The sitter was not able to complete the original booking of house sitting and independently switched to drop in visits after 2 of 6 nights without discussion until questioned. After the unforeseen switch in service it seems there was a clear difference in expectations for the remainder of the booking. In the end, I feel she could have provided better communication and been more receptive to feedback about how the changes impacted the service i originally paid and planned for. In trying to express my concerns, a comment that particularly upset me as a devoted cat mom was, “at the end of the day they are cats.”. As per Rover Support, “Sitters are expected to fulfill the booking as originally agreed upon”
Our new puppy had a great visit with Julia. Got some great photos showing Coco all settled in for the night. We will definitely have Julia at our house for Coco again. Thanks Julia!
