Safety, trust & environment
I do not offer boarding at my home since I have both a dog and a cat, but I am happy to do drop-in visits or dog walks, hikes, and runs.
Information Judith E. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pets have any allergies or mobility issues (knee surgeries, hip dysplasia, etc.) so that we can limit jumping, sprinting or high-speed fetch.
A typical day
I love hiking and walking dogs, as well as playing enrichment games that promote good behaviors (eye contact games, recall games, impulse control games). I also like to play hide-and-seek, scent games, and use snuffle mats and puzzle feeders. This keeps their brains working, so they're not just physically tired, but mentally fulfilled as well.

Compassionate Caregiver
Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs, cats, and hamsters since I was 9 years old. I was the main caregiver for our Siberian Husky, going on runs and giving him meds, and taking care of him after his two ACL surgeries. My soul dog was my Boxador named Cooper. We hiked everyday and I took care of him during his bladder cancer diagnosis, so I know how to follow a rigorous medicine schedule and how to follow directions to a T. After Cooper passed, I adopted a hyperactive cattle dog puppy and have successfully trained him using only positive reinforcement to be a well-mannered, well-adjusted teenage dog. I am patient, empathetic, and an anxious helicopter pet parent. I worry about every sneeze and every detail about my animals, and I will give your pet the same loving, undivided attention.

Judith also cares for cats. Learn about their cat-specific care experience.
Reviews
Jude has a gift with dogs and always brings them back after their walks happy and worn out. She's also attentive and picks up on little things that most dog walkers miss, which I appreciate as an anxious dog mom. It's obvious she enjoys spending time outdoors because she knows all the best/safest roads, paths, and trails to walk. I always know my pup is in good hands with Jude and highly recommend hiring her!
