Since 2013, I’ve been volunteering at no-kill animal shelters, where I’ve gained hands-on experience in managing and caring for a variety of animals. I have professional experience working at a boarding facility handling up to 8 dogs at a time in a pack setting, ensuring harmony and safety within the group. Additionally, I’ve administered medications and provided nutrition to up to 60 dogs at a time in a boarding kennel environment. My background equips me to handle a wide range of pet care needs, from managing large groups to providing individualized attention and care.

I supervise all activities, ensuring your pets are safe and comfortable at all times. I’m respectful of your home, treating it with care and leaving it as tidy as I found it. To keep you at ease, I provide regular updates with check-ins, photos, and videos, so you’re always informed about how your pets are doing. My goal is to create a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment for your pets in their familiar surroundings, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared-for while you’re away.

Joshua was amazing to work with taking care of our two dogs and the house while we were away. He was incredibly responsive, wonderful with the dogs, went out of his way to help us out with something we needed from the house to provide to my father in law for an unexpected surgery, all the way around one of our best experiences through ROVER. If you are looking for someone reliable, friendly and very adept at making it comfortable to travel and have someone in your home and responsible for your pets, you cannot go wrong choosing Joshua. We will definitely have him back the next time we head out of town.
Joshua took terrific care of Mabel and Floyd! He’s thoughtful and considerate and took good care of the animals. The house looked better than the way we left it! He’s our definite go to from now on!
Joshua took great care of Yeti, sent us photos and videos every day and also took care of our other critters (2 turtles and a tarantula). We would definitely have him pet sit for us again.
Another great experience, I appreciated the videos, it’s always good to know that my little guy is well taken care of!
Joshua was so sweet with our pups! He spent lots of time with them and sent us pictures and videos while we were away. He left our house clean and we would love to have him watch our dogs and house again!
Joshua was great with our big kids! They can be a bit apprehensive of new people but his calm approach helps ease their anxiety. He was respectful of our home and took great care of everything. We would love to have him back again for our next outing.

Schedule
Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine as a student massage therapist. My schedule is flexible, with night classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Occasionally, I have weekend classes from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but these are intermittent. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent and attentive care for your pets, ensuring they receive the love and attention they need throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday playtime, or evening care, I can easily accommodate your pet’s routine around my class schedule.
