I have owned, trained and bred dogs from Pekingese to Rottweilers for different people and needs. The Rottie was trained as a harness dog for a disabled woman who was having surgery on both wrists but still needed to get about - the Rottie pulled her everywhere and he loved every minute with her and she him. The Pekes were my first foray into caring for dogs, and despite their small stature they have really big attitudes but i loved that about them. I have a soft spot for rescue dogs, and have worked with humane societies in Ontario to help them achieve their annual strategic business objectives and goals as well. John is the perfect man for the job. Our dog is sometimes slow to warm up to strangers, but she instantly bonded with John. You can tell that he's great with animals and we highly recommend him. Thank you again John!!
John has looked after our 2 dogs once so far but we will book with him again! He was very communicative and sent a bunch of photos and a video which showed that our dogs were very happy to spend time with him. Everything was great! He's very knowledgable about dogs and we trust him to look after our dogs.
John took extra care with Bella as she was recovering from medication. She was walked daily and loved her time away from home. Thank you!
After our regular sitter became unexpectedly unavailable, we tried the Rover app for the first time and are beyond grateful for having come across John & Lisa. From initial contact, they were incredibly responsive, communicative and wonderful to deal with. We felt comfortable even before dropping Bella off and confident she was going to be in good hands. Bella is quite timid at first but through the photos/messages we were regularly provided, it was clear that she felt safe and warmed up quickly. So much so that we’re convinced Bella was a little depressed after we picked her up lol John/Lisa - thank you both so much for making our first Rover experience a pleasant one and for taking such great care of our fur baby. We will undoubtedly be booking with you both again!
John is truly a pet lover. My dog Wade love him so much. I can see how Wade so excited when John is picking him up for a walk. I called it happy walk with John. :-)
