J’Essence took very good care of Riley. Pictures and videos were shared without asking. I’ll def book her again!

This family was amazing with our gentle giant Rottweiler Brooklyn. Very accommodating and send videos during his stay. We are very comfortable leaving our dog with them.

I highly recommend utilizing J’Essence for your boarding needs. We booked her services at the last minute and she was able to accommodate the early am hours we needed for drop off. She was friendly, courteous and professional and kept us updated on how our beloved French bulldog was doing via text…even sent a video! We will definitely be using her services in the future!

I love how she held KoKo in her arms she held her like she was hers. Her and Husband are a great team, noticed how they handled not just our baby, but others as well, I definitely would recommend these two young pet lover’s, I’ll be using them as our sitter, from here on, Thanks again

I absolutely appreciate these two for taking care of my baby. They did an awesome job of keeping me informed during the day on how my fur baby was doing. I received photos and videos each morning. And whenever I texted to check on my guy, she immediately replied. When we arrived, she gave us the option of viewing her home and yard. Also, she was very knowledgeable about dogs especially my breed. I cannot thank Ms. J and her fiancé enough for taking care of my guy. If I ever need a sitter (board) again, I will definitely use her.

I never got invited in when I dropped off the dogs. I never got to see what cages they were in. I don’t know what temperature their house is set at. I should of never let my dogs stay there, just because of that, but I was down to the wire of finding someone. I’m glad my dog Lila husky is still with us. The Vet gave us 50/50 chance of living. She had a Heat Stroke after staying with them in just 2 days. We were told by the Vet that it was reported that she was outside for 45mins. Then they said she was only out 15 mins. I believe you tell the truth when you panic. Whatever it was she still had heatstroke in their care. I do know they never shut the gate of their backyard, so that tells me they don’t let the dogs loose in the backyard. They shouldn’t advertise the backyard if they don’t use it properly for dogs to use. They film the dogs on leashes. I told them don’t walk the dogs. I’m wondering if they tie the dogs outside. I never got to see the backyard. She was so hot in that film. I said she doesn’t like the heat she just wants to go potty and come back in. Thank God Rover covers this ordeal vet bill of $4,588. It was a ruff week wondering if we had to put her down because she couldn’t walk or eat and was in severe pain. It was ruff road for Lila and us. She was very weak. But Thank God she bounced back. Be careful where you let your dogs stay. Make sure they invite you in and show you around. They treated the other dog puppy Chloe good after what happened to Lila, but was late on telling me she hadn’t pooped once in 3 days. She only had to watch the dogs for 4 days and all this happened. Never again.
