Hello, I’ve been around dogs since I was about five or six years old and have lived with, walked, cared for, and watched dogs throughout my life. Over the years, that has included Black and Yellow Labs, German Shepherds, Boxers, Golden Retrievers, Portuguese Water Dogs, Aussiedoodles, an English Mastiff, a King Charles Cavapoo, Bernedoodles, and plenty of wonderful mixed breeds. Because I’ve spent time with such a wide range of dogs, I’m comfortable with different sizes, energy levels, personalities, and routines — from large, strong dogs that enjoy a good walk to smaller dogs that are happiest with some attention and companionship. I currently spend time almost every day with Nola, a Bernedoodle here in Charlotte, so being around dogs is still a regular part of my life. I’m active, patient, dependable, and attentive to instructions. I understand that every dog has their own routine and personality, and I’m happy to follow whatever works best for yours — whether that means a long walk, a quick bathroom break, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company while you’re away. Most importantly, I understand that when someone asks me to care for their dog, they’re trusting me with a member of their family. I take that responsibility seriously and will always communicate clearly, keep you updated, and treat your dog and home with respect.
