I follow each pet's established routine closely, keep all doors and entry points secure, and never leave pets unsupervised in unsafe situations. I'm attentive to behavioral cues and know how to give cats the space they need to warm up on their own terms. I'm comfortable with basic pet first aid and will always contact you immediately with updates, photos, and any concerns.

I want to know your pet's personality going in; especially if they're shy, anxious, or have any quirks I should be aware of. Emergency vet info and a backup contact are always helpful. The more detail you give me upfront, the better I can care for your pet.
A typical day
Every visit is built around your pet's routine, not mine. For dogs I'll handle walks, playtime, feeding, and anything else on their schedule. For cats I focus on interactive play, companionship, and making sure they're comfortable and stimulated. I give each animal my full attention for the entire visit.

I've been around animals my entire life and have 20+ years of hands-on experience with cats and dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Cats are my specialty! I currently live with my own cat, so yours will be in familiar, comfortable hands. I'm patient, observant, and genuinely love getting to know each animal's personality. I'm also experienced with dogs and comfortable with a wide range of energy levels. Your pet's comfort and routine always come first.
