I grew up on a livestock farm with working dogs and cats. I have experience with all types of animals from horses, cows, sheep and goats, to birds, fish, hamsters, rats, rabbits, ginuea pigs, and the usual dogs and cats. I have done all of the training for our working dogs as well as my own dogs so I am equipped to deal with a wide range of behaviors. The horse barn I work at as my main job also rescues german shepherds from all walks of life that I occasionally assist with. I am also experienced with all ages from newborn to seniors for both cats AND dogs. I own an Australian Shepherd who has an unlimited amount of energy so I am very capable of giving high energy dogs the stimulation and exercise they need. I also have a lazy pitbull mix so I can work with the unmotivated pets as well. As for cats, I grew up with house cats as well as barn cats. In 2022 my husband and I rescued a kitten and then a year later had a second cat claim our house as her own followed by a 3rd from the cat distribution system. Now we have three cats to play with our dogs and keep us entertained. I have worked with my fair share of FIV+ and FeLV cats as well.

I treat everyone's pets like my own while abiding by the owners standards. I love watching different pets, I always talk to them quite a bit during my visits so they are comfortable with me especially upon entering the home. I watch their body language so I know what they are feeling. We work together to get in any walks and as much time outside as we can in good weather. I strive to make a positive impact on their day and give owners the relief knowing someone is caring for their pets just as they would. I am super flexible with what I offer and I try to accommodate everything I can

Heidi is always great to our boys, they love when she's there to walk them when we are away. Anytime I pop my security camera on when she's there it's all tail wags and even my cats love to come out and get some attention
We were nervous about using rover since it was our first time but Heidi made our experience go perfectly. From the meet and greet, to the updates and just going the extra mile. Also being available to extend if we got stuck in Florida due to the hurricane. We will ABSOLUTELY use her again.
Our dogs always love Heidi and their walks. She's great about taking photos for us and making sure they get their laps in while we are away! 10/10 recommend
Heidi was amazing at communicating how our pups were doing, letting us know when they were good or mischievous, and handling clean up after our puppy as needed. She also responded quickly when I messaged her, no matter what time. Would reccomend Heidi for all you furry friend's needs!
My pups had a great time with Heidi! We got lots of pictures and updates throughout the day. Would definitely reccomend!

Schedule
My job has somewhat flexible hours, I work a "day job" 7am- 5pm and some times it is split hours so I can usually accommodate a couple visits per day outside of work hours. My husband travels for work on occasion so I can't always guarantee overnight stays, but I can always do a couple visits a day. I typically do morning visits around 6:00am, a visit right after work 5-6pm, and a late evening visit 9pm-11pm.
