I genuinely take the time to understand each animal’s personality, routine, and comfort level so they feel safe and understood while their owners are away. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats across different life stages, including puppies, senior pets, and animals with anxiety or special care needs. I’m also comfortable with basic medication administration when needed and always make sure instructions are followed carefully. I’m certified in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR through the Canadian Red Cross, which adds an extra layer of reassurance when it comes to safety and emergencies. Beyond the practical side of care, I think what really matters is how pets feel with me. I’m patient, calm, and consistent, and I aim to create a low-stress environment where pets can relax, trust, and feel at home until their family returns.

Heather was incredibly accommodating and took wonderful care of Paddington. She was so gentle, kind, and caring with him.She sent me photos of Paddington during his stay, which I really appreciated because it allowed me to see how he was doing and gave me great peace of mind. Heather is truly professional when it comes to pet care. She pays close attention to important details and remembers all the little things that matter. I highly recommend her, and I will definitely book her again to look after my Corgi in the future!
I had a wonderful experience with Heather and would highly recommend her. She took amazing care of my cat Kiki :) I received many updates and pictures while i was away, making the whole experience stress free. Heather was also very accommodating of Kiki’s needs! Best cat sitter!
Heather is the definition of going above and beyond. She took care of both of our very big dogs (great Dane and Cane Corso) during a house sitting of several days. She walked the dogs, gave them love, shared pictures every day and took care of the house doing things that we didn't expect her to do such as laundry of the bedroom she slept in, cleaning up the house. Heather is super respectful and has great attention to details as she took notes of everything we talked about and followed them to the letter. We will definitely ask for Heather again when we need a house and dog sitter services.
