Availability
I do work on the farm 8-4pm Monday through Friday & 8-12pm Saturdays, springtime through autumn. Jan & Feb are the most flexible months for midday walks & visits. I accept bookings year round, be aware I may not be able to stop in for house sitting 8am-4pm weekdays during the farming season (May-Sept). My own cats eat when I eat and have kibble available always, plus a stay at home human haha.

Definitely let me know what your pet likes to do and where they like to go, if there’s a favorite beach or trail. If medication is to be administered, step by step instructions are needed. If certain rooms or areas are off limits - if there has been recent lawn care so we can avoid those spaces, things like this are always helpful & make for a great visit!
A typical day
We would have a great time getting tuckered out together if your animal enjoys a good chase, or we can let the leash stay a little loose & them go at their own pace. Weather permitting/longer visits we could go down to the ocean or the dog parks! Cats of course will be kept in unless they are allowed outside then by all means, we can walk together too.

We had so many assorted pets as kids growing up from guinea pigs & goats to cats & dogs. Year round, I live on the east end and work on our family farm. I like to encourage an active outdoor environment, calm and cozy when indoors.

We were very grateful that Grace agreed to help us with a last-minute cat sitting request for an evening and morning feeding. She was reliable, communicative, and took great care of our cat! In the morning, when she arrived, our house water alarm happened to be going off. She immediately texted to let me know and asked how to turn it off. After I gave her the code, she handled it without hesitation and even went down to the basement to check whether there was any flooding, reporting back that there was only about an inch of water in the crawl space and nothing urgent. That was clearly above and beyond what we asked her to do as a cat sitter, and we really appreciated her willingness to help and keep us informed. We’d happily recommend her to others and would book her again.

Grace was caring and highly responsible.
Grace was absolutely wonderful an she a lovely girl. She came by daily to take care of our cat, Whiskey, and made sure he was fed and his space was kept clean, but most importantly, she really spent time with him — playing, engaging, and giving him attention. Whiskey seems genuinely excited to see Grace. She kept us updated on visit times and how things were going, was super reliable, and clearly cares about cats. We would 100% book her again and recommend her to others.
