Gabby did an amazing job of taking care of our dog and cat. She sent several pictures and videos throughout her stay. The house looked just like it did when we left it. She was very sweet and you can tell she cares about the pets.

It was my first time using Rover and having anyone except family watch our dog Finn overnight… to say my husband and I were nervous is an understatement! As soon as I walked into Gabby’s home, Finn’s tail was wagging and he went to exploring. He was right at home! During his stay, Gabby was truly the BEST! She communicated with me and sent me lots of pictures and videos. She truly put us at ease while we were away and Finn had a great time!

4 days agoNEW I can not say enough about Gabby! This was my Boudreaux's first time really being away from us and I had searched high and low in the Orlando area for the best option for him. When I say I search and research, trust me I do all the homework. When I reached out to Gabby she was kind, answered all of my questions, and willing to be very accommodating. The moment I dropped off Boudreaux, I knew everything was going to be ok! He got to play with Gabby's fur family and have a vacation of his own! Gabby sent pictures and videos (including videos of him eating) several times a day. Gabby and her family loved on and treated Boudreaux like one of their own and that is just everything to me. I know he's going to miss everyone! Thank you so much for spoiling my little monster and letting him have a vacation of his own!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I was so impressed with this service that I had to share my experience. I rarely leave my fur baby with anyone as she can be really shy at times. She tends to be more wary around men, so this pet resort was the perfect place for her. Two lovely women were able to take care of her 💕 The moment I arrived, I knew that my pup would be in good hands. Gabriael was very sweet and welcomed us into her home. She was extremely patient with Neveah getting used to the new environment and even offered her some yummy home made frozen treats. When I felt comfortable enough to leave, I was assured that she would be well taken care of. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. I received soooo many cute photos and videos of Neveah running and exploring in the spacious back yard. She was able to make new friends as the owner had two sweet dogs of her own. Neveah got plenty of belly rubs and cuddles just as she would at home. I felt truly comfortable and trusting leaving my dog with Gabriael and I plan to continue to use Meltose Pet Resort in the future.

I was skeptical of leaving our puppy just anywhere so I’m extremely grateful I found Melrose Pet Resort. Quality experience, I received pictures and videos daily of Lola which is so reassuring and put my separation anxiety at ease 😅 I don’t think she missed home for a second she was too busy playing with the other dogs and running in the backyard. 10/10 recommend.
