All four-legged friends are allowed on all furniture and beds in my home. My own dog and cats are considered family members and yours will be cared for and treated the same! Anything they need is my pleasure always. Since a young child on my grandparents eighty acre farm I have raised horses, dogs, cats, and my son and I shared an Iguana when he was young . My own dog is now a senior so I am familiar with administration of medications and some of the special needs and requirements as our fur babies age. While in my care I will provide daily feedings and fresh water served in metal bowls that are washed and sanitized daily. My own ten year old Boxer/Labrador mix had visited forty dog parks and beaches on road trips from FL to ME before she was a year old. Ripley is a highly social and loving dog towards canines, felines and humans alike. My cats are accustomed to many of Ripley’s dog friends often coming to visit and have always been welcoming at all times. I’m happy to stay in touch and send videos or you can enjoy your time away with the peace of mind that your four-legged family member is safely enjoying their time with us! I am a helicopter dog mom and safety comes first. Before sending booking request, please understand, set prices on Rover platform are non-negotiable. Thank you for your consideration!

Elizabeth has been wonderful and understanding with my senior beagle! She is in frequent contact with any questions, making sure I (and Virginia) are comfortable with any plans during her stay. Virginia is a mild menace and I trust Elizabeth fully to keep her eye always on her and keep her safe.

Schedule
I am currently furthering my degree and taking online classes so my schedule varies and is flexible. I love being home with my own pets & have cams to check on them when away. My own senior dog is provided memory foam in front of all furniture, so when she jumps down she is ensured a soft, comfortable landing. I am experienced in administering medication to both young and senior cats and dogs. I also provide memory foam stairs for my dog and guests to gain easier access to beds. For my SUV I have collapsing stairs to assist dogs from having to jump in and out of the vehicle if necessary. My dog and cats adore each other and get along lovingly.

I have a separate guest house if your pet has issues with stairs or prefers not to be around my dog or cats. My community offers a two mile trail and beautiful park dedicated to dogs.

A typical day
My dog is in fantastic health and exceptional health for a senior. I provide her daily exercise. My community has its own dog park and dedicated dog trail for lots of fun activities and great smells. It’s a doggy paradise type community. Some days my dog and I drive to Sand Point park in Titusville. The park sits along the river and beside a Marina. It’s a beautiful spot to take leisurely walks with the breeze blowing in from the water, especially in the hotter FL months.
