I've worked 13 years at a doggy daycare/boarding facility, house sitting for 12 years, and have volunteered in rescues/shelters for 11 years. I've attended workshops on dog behavior and body language. Dogs are my passion. I have an Australian Shepherd that has been training since I brought her home and a Border Collie that I run agility in and herd sheep with. Why I love dog sitting I've grown up with dogs, both of my parents have always had at least one. My mom always had Great Danes while my dad loved hunting breeds. Now I have my own dogs, herding breeds that I love more than anything. Scout inspired me to take advantage of all the knowledge and experiences involved with our canine companions.
