I have hands-on experience helping my mom with her dog rescue nonprofit, where I helped transport and foster dogs. This gave me experience caring for dogs with different personalities, needs, and backgrounds. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me.

Colin has a very calm, gentle nature about him so he is great around all dogs. Big and small. I have a rescue who is a bit nervous around men at the beginning but she warmed up to him much quicker than others. He is a trustworthy, kind human and dogs can sense that!
Colin is a wonderful and trustworthy pet sitter. He has taken care of my dog Lola and my cat Bernie. Lola is a 60lbs dog who is quite anxious. He has a calm presence and my animals just love him!
Colin has a super calm presence that mine and my friends’ dogs are drawn to. He’s a great communicator, clean and trustworthy. It’s helpful he works from home and can give my dog his full attention. My dog especially loves his enclosed yard and trail nearby when he goes to visit. Highly recommend Colin for walks, visits & boarding!

Schedule
I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’m happy to work around each pet’s routine, including walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship.

Safety, trust & environment
I live alone with no personal pets, so your pet can have my full attention in a calm and comfortable environment. I’m active and have easy access to nearby trails for walks and exercise. I also live in a quiet, friendly condo neighborhood, making it a safe and relaxing place for pets to stay. I’ll make sure each pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care based on their individual needs and routine.
A typical day
I like to start the day with a walk along a nearby trail, followed by another walk around midday and again in the evening. I also make sure they get regular potty breaks throughout the day, generally every 1–2 hours as needed. I’ll ensure they receive any medications they need, are fed according to their usual routine, and always have access to fresh water. At bedtime, they’re welcome to sleep in the bed with me, or I’m happy to follow whatever bedtime routine you prefer. I’m always happy to follow your instructions and respect your wishes when it comes to their care.
