I'll do my best to make our home your dog’s Second Home 🐶 Hi, I’m Chanel – a lifelong animal lover and devoted dog mum, offering a loving, safe and home-from-home experience for your furry family member. I understand just how important it is to feel confident when leaving your dog in someone else’s care. That’s why I’ve created a calm, cosy, and secure environment where your pup will be treated like one of the family from the moment they arrive. Your dog’s comfort and wellbeing are my absolute priority. I take time to get to know each dog’s unique personality, needs and routines – whether they love long walks, cuddles on the sofa, or quiet time in a comfy spot. I stick closely to your routine to help your dog feel as settled and stress-free as possible. Meals, walks, playtime, and even little quirks like bedtime rituals – I follow it all with love and care. They are allowed on the sofa etc. My home is dog-friendly and fully secure, with a large enclosed garden for safe outdoor play. I never leave dogs unsupervised and only take one dog at a time, ensuring each dog gets plenty of one-on-one attention and affection. Over the years, I’ve cared for a variety of breeds, temperaments and ages – from playful puppies to wise seniors. Whether your dog is high-energy, anxious, or just wants to chill, I adapt to their pace and personality. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in safe, loving hands. This isn’t just a job for me – it’s a passion. I pour my heart into every wagging tail that walks through my door, and nothing makes me happier than seeing dogs happy, relaxed, and thriving while their owners are away. I hope we can have a meet and greet soon so our dogs can meet and you can see if your dog likes me. Please do ask should there be any questions you have.

Chanel was absolutely amazing! She took great care of my cat, Dexter, and kept me updated with photos and messages. Dexter seemed so happy and relaxed when I came home. I would definitely recommend her and will definitely use her services again!
We reach out to Chanel quite last minute for doggy day care. She was excellent and communication before the day. When we dropped Buzz off, we knew immediately how much Chanel loved dogs! We got lots of lovely updates, photos and videos and it was very reassuring knowing our dog was safe and in a loving environment! Thank you Chanel and Buzz is looking forward to his stay soon!!
Chanel took care of our Luna for a few hours one afternoon, and we received updates throughout the day with pictures. Chanel's partner met us downstairs with their little dog. We were delighted with the updates, and Luna returned home happy. Thank you for taking such great care of Luna! We've already booked another boarding session with Chanel as well.
Chaudhry is always happy when he visits Chanel and he looks forward to spending time with her. Will always use her.

I am currently out of work which means alot of my time is dedicated to playing, walking, teaching, caring & spending time with your dog.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a small crate which they can use if they want to. Lots of cozy areas where the dog can snuggle up. A large, open living room for play time and a very large, open back garden. We socialize with lots of other dogs daily. Please do let me know if there are any safety practices I need to put in place for your pups. Dogs are on a lead at all times unless you state otherwise.

A typical day
I am always initiating to help dogs with mental stimulation such as finding things using scent game, go find game, obstacle courses outdoors-I book occasionally and can offer this at £15 more a session. Basically an outdoor soft play for dogs where they have the whole field to themselves to feel free. This is so good for their mental & physical stimulation and builds good trust for myself and your pet.
