When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they have a calm, safe, and comfortable environment where they can settle in easily. I live in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with plenty of room to relax, and I’m located close to parks and the waterfront, so dogs have access to regular walks, fresh air, and outdoor time. I try to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific care instructions, so they feel secure while they’re with me. I also have an indoor-only rescue cat who is fully up to date on vaccinations and very friendly. He’s relaxed, keeps to himself, and is used to a peaceful home environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m very respectful of both the pet’s routine and the home itself. I make sure pets feel comfortable in their familiar space by keeping to their regular feeding, walking, play, and medication schedule if needed. I’m clean, tidy, reliable, and always focused on making sure pets feel safe, cared for, and stress-free while their owners are away.

Please let me know your pet’s feeding schedule, walk routine, personality, energy level, and any medical or special care needs ahead of time. Since I have a friendly indoor cat at home, it’s also helpful to know whether your pet is comfortable around cats. The more I know, the better I can make them feel safe, happy, and comfortable.
A typical day
I’m very active and love spending quality time playing with both cat and dog, whether that’s indoors or outside. I believe mental and physical stimulation is really important, and I like to tailor activity to each animal’s personality, age, and energy level. For dog, that can mean a long walk, park time, games like fetch or tug, or simply exploring and getting plenty of sniff time outside. For cat, I enjoy interactive play with toy, enrichment activity, and giving attention at their own pace—whether that’s playing, brushing, or just relaxing together. I’m happy to go above and beyond to make sure every pet feels engaged, happy, and comfortable while in my care. My goal is for every pet to have fun, stay active, and feel loved while you’re away.

Hi, my name is Cansu aka Su! I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I grew up with cats and have also lived on farms in both Australia and Colorado, where I cared for a wide variety of animals. Those experiences taught me how to read animal behavior, stay calm in different situations, and provide dependable, attentive care. I currently live with my calm rescue kitty, Potato, and I absolutely love spending time with both cats and dogs. I’ve also cared for friends’ and relatives’ dogs on many occasions, and genuinely enjoy getting outside, playing, walking, and keeping them company. I’m active and live just a few blocks from the waterfront, where there’s a great grassy area for dogs to walk, sniff, and play. I also have a car and can help with pick-up and drop-off if needed. I’m responsible, punctual, clean, and tidy, and I always treat every pet and home with care and respect. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while giving you peace of mind.
