I’ve lived with, and enjoyed the companion of dogs and cats my entire life. My very first job was dog walking where I became acquainted with all different breeds. Since then, I’ve gained further experience with training and have pet-sat many a four legged friend. I have experience administrating medication, and am happy to accommodate your pup’s specific needs. In addition, I also welcome any four-legged clients who struggle with reactivity on walks.

Safety, trust & environment
I am available to pet-sit in your home or mine. I live in close proximity to Mont-Royal where I will walk your pup. No other pets reside in my home, so your fur-baby will be my only priority.

as a long-time friend and housemate of Mahalia (Bulan), i am confident that there is no one better equipped nor more caring to look after your nonhuman companion. we were housemates for about five years, a time during which we lived with two elderly cats and a large semi-active dog, all of whom were primarily cared for by Mahalia. despite the complexities that come with end-of-life care and with navigating different species cohabiting, she has consistently provided a level of complete and personalized care for all animals that i have seen in very few pet-owners. her knowledge on general cat and dog wellbeing, her willingness to accommodate and adapt to fluctuating individual needs, and her commitment to the personhood of each animal in her charge are, in my opinion, unmatched. on top of this, she has never been anything but consistent and responsible, from reliable meal times and walks and tidy litter boxes to apartment cleanliness, security, and maintenance. if ever down the line i had a dependent who needed care, be they human or not, Mahalia is easily the first person i would reach out to.
Mahalia is an amazing animal person - super loving and conscientious, and would take care of others pets as if they were her own. She cares for her own pets in a phenomenal way. She is super responsible and would follow whatever instructions are given her. She genuinely loves animals and would see this as a privilege to care for someone's loved one, not just as a job. Mahalia has cared for my pets in the past and I wouldn't hesitate to have her do it anytime. I love how much she enjoys and cares for all animals. You would be lucky to have her care for your pet!

Schedule
I work remotely, and am thus able to accommodate most needs and schedules. This includes (but is not limited) to those midday potty breaks, or extra snuggles. Contact me any time of the week for pet care.
