Safety, trust & environment

When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and comfortable. I follow your instructions closely—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific rules your pet is used to. I adjust my approach to each animal’s personality, whether they’re shy, energetic, or need a gentle, calming presence. I treat your home with respect, keep things clean, and make sure everything is left the way you prefer. Throughout the stay, I send clear updates and photos so you always feel connected and informed. My goal is to make your pet feel safe and cared for, and to give you the peace of mind that everything at home is in good hands while you’re away.

Information Brannon E. would like to know about your pet

I always like to know as much as possible about a pet’s routine and personality before a booking. Things like their feeding schedule, energy level, favorite activities, and any quirks or fears help me make them feel comfortable right away. It’s also really important to know about medical needs, medications, allergies, past injuries, or behaviors like anxiety, reactivity, or shyness. I like to know what their normal day looks like, what comforts them, and what boundaries they have—whether that’s not liking certain touches, being wary of new people, or needing a slow introduction.

A typical day

With dogs, I enjoy going on walks that match their energy—whether it’s a relaxed neighborhood stroll or a more upbeat, engaging outing. I like incorporating sniff breaks, gentle training moments, and playtime so they feel stimulated and happy. With cats, I enjoy interactive play like wand toys, feather chases, or calm bonding time for the more laid-back kitties. I’m big on reading each pet’s vibe—some love high-energy play, some prefer slow cuddles or quiet companionship. Whatever helps them feel entertained, enriched, and comfortable, I’m down for it.

Reliable and Attentive Care

Pet care experience

Hi! I am an animal lover with a calm, grounding energy that pets instantly gravitate to. I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always felt second nature. I’ve taken care of cats and dogs with all kinds of needs, including: * Pets with anxiety or nervous temperaments * Pets wearing cones * Administering oral medicines * Building trust with shy or older cats * Keeping energetic dogs stimulated * Maintaining routines for multi-pet households I genuinely love talking to animals and treating them like individuals — learning their quirks, their boundaries, and what makes them happy and relaxed. I’m really big on communication, gentle handling, and creating a safe, reliable environment for your pet while you’re away. Your pet won’t just be watched — they’ll be cared for, respected, and given real attention.

Brannon did an amazing job with our two high-energy young dogs (40lbs and 50lbs), even braving the rain to make sure they were cared for while we were out of town for the holidays. Strongly recommend Brannon!
