Pet care experience
Come. Stay. Play.
Hi, I'm Brandy and I understand that leaving your friend with fur in the care of someone you don't know can be stressful and that is why I pride myself in providing a safe, clean, and fun environment for them in the comfort of my home. Choosing home-based care for your friend with fur allows for a more tailored pet care experience and I believe that it can reduce the anxiety and stress that some may feel at a larger kennel or warehouse style daycare/boarding facility. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac in Elkridge. My husband and two sons (12 & 16) also share in my love for animals and are very much a part of their care during their stay, especially when it comes to one-on-one time for cuddles, play and attention. Our home is located close to major roadways 95, 895, 195, 100 and Route 1. We are just 10 minutes from the BWI airport, Dorsey Marc and the Halethorpe Amtrak. So, wherever your travels may take you, I am here to care for your friend with fur. I am certified by the American Red Cross in Cat and Dog First Aid and have a lifetime full of experience caring for animals.

Ratings and reviews
The dogs had a great time. I always feel good leaving my dogs with Brandy knowing they will be well cared for.
Brandy was so professional, efficient and above all very caring to us and Cosmo. I have used a few places and this visit was handled far better than the others. I never wanted to have a repeat at other places but not the case with Brandy. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and our dog was very happy when we picked him up. Very calm and relaxed. Her home was well maintained and inviting and she provides a very nice facility/schedule for the dogs.

This was my first time boarding my dog and it was such a relief knowing she was so well cared for! I knew my dog would be happier in a home environment and this place is set up to be a dog paradise! Brandy did a great job keeping me updated and helping my dog get comfortable. I’m so glad to have such a great spot for both boarding and daycare!

I have a new rescue dog, Bessie, who is hesitant in new situations. We did a day of doggy day care ahead of a scheduled boarding. Brandy and her family went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable! While Bessie didn’t embrace the idea of being social on this first visit, she still had a day full of enrichment and came back to me happy and tired!

Great knowing that my pups are well cared for
Brandy is so kind and sweet! Rafiki loves hanging out with her and her family. Her home is dogtopia!

Schedule
When your pet is in my care, I am committed to keeping them safe. My home is located at the back of a cul-de-sac, off of the main roads, with a fenced yard. We always exit through one of the rear facing doors into the fenced area and they are never left in the fenced area or anywhere outside unattended. In the event that I am hosting multiple dogs, I am careful with introductions. These happen outside in the yard and generally start leashed unless it has been communicated to me that this can trigger aggression. Once I get a sense of how things are going I will remove the leash and keep a watchful eye on body language. I use an air horn and keep it on hand during introductions. This acts as an aversive to dogs and when sounded, it stops any unwanted behavior.

Safety, trust & environment
I hope to have the opportunity to provide your Fur Friend with the best care possible. I know leaving your FurFriend can be hard but trust that they will receive the best care possible when they are with me. I always reach out within hours of drop-off to let you know how they are acclimating to their new surroundings and give you a first night update following their first overnight. I will send photo and/or video updates throughout their entire stay. My love for animals is one of a kind!
