I’m a 19 year old student at UNC Charlotte and have grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for animals comes very naturally to me. I’ve also dog and cat sat many times for friends, family, and others, including feeding, walking, playing, and overnight care. I’m comfortable with pets of different sizes and personalities, and I always make sure to follow routines closely so pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals.

When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I always follow their specific instructions closely to keep their pet’s routine as consistent as possible. I make sure pets are fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, and any other care they need like walks, playtime, or litter box cleaning. I’m respectful of my clients’ homes and keep everything clean and organized. I also like to provide updates and photos so owners feel comfortable knowing their pet is happy and well cared for while they’re away.

Ashlie was great with communication on timing and expectations for the visit. I greatly appreciated her last minute availability, which allowed me to leave town and not have to worry about my girl. I got pictures when she was getting her walks. There were no messes in my house when I got home. I highly recommend and will use again.

Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m available for check-ins, feedings, walks, and overnight stays with pets. I’m also flexible with my schedule and can adjust to meet a pet’s specific routine, whether that means multiple visits a day or staying longer to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for.

- The most important thing for me to know beforehand is your pet’s normal daily routine. I like to know their feeding schedule, walk/potty times, sleeping habits, favorite activities, and anything they’re used to throughout the day. I also appreciate knowing about any special instructions, behaviors, fears, or medications so I can make their time with me as comfortable and stress free as possible.
