Ashley was absolutely fabulous taking care of my Old English Sheepdog Whimzy while I was away in France for almost 2 weeks. I hope to have her take care of Whimzy again soon. Highly recommend!
Ashley has cared for my husky and two cats several times, including a full month while I was out of the country, and I’ve never had to worry once. She’s incredibly reliable and communicative! I always got updates and photos, which made a huge difference being so far away. My pets absolutely love her, and it’s obvious she treats them like her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her again.

Schedule
I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.
Pets
A typical day
I tend to play with my dog in the yard when he wants to play. He is an older large dog, so I let him lead on how much he wants to run around and how far he wants to walk. For a younger dog, I play fetch, I run with them in the yard, and play tug of war.
