Big ❤️ from dog rescue/foster mom
As a mom to a goofy big, playful rescue pup, Jersey, a former animal shelter professional, and a foster mom who has nurtured and adopted out over 60 dogs across breeds, ages, sizes and shapes, I completely enjoy extending my care and opening up my home to families looking for a reliable and secure space for boarding their pups. If you’re looking for a safe, relaxed and fun monitored space for your pup, you’ll feel right at home with us! Our pup Jersey is about 75 lbs and friendly with most dogs but has not been a fan of purebred huskies lately. So I’d suggest husky parents look for other options at this point. I have an exclusive dog space in my house with a doggy-door that leads to a fenced-in yard with for the pups to play outdoors. Be prepared to see a mix of purebreds and mix-breed dogs when you come over for a meet and greet or for drop-offs & pick-ups. I board dogs only after a meet and greet which helps me determine their temperament ahead of time. I've worked with shy dogs before and take it very slow with introducing them to the pack and easing them into our home. Your dog's safety is my top priority and it's my responsibility to ease your anxiety while you are away from your beloved pup :). You can expect daily updates and lots of photos/videos during your pet's stay at our place. Looking forward to getting to know your pooch!

This was our first time boarding our dog Berlin with Ash, but it will definitely not be the last! Berlin had the time of her life hanging out with Ash's crew (both dogs and people). We're convinced she was sad to return to her boring parents haha! Ash had great communication and sent us lots of photos and videos during our trip so that we could see what Berlin was up to, from tug of war to wrestling to intently watching squirrels in the backyard. Thanks a bunch Ash!

Caramel loved her time with Ash! She was extremely well taken care of during our 9 day trip, and we got daily photo & video updates of how she was doing. The whole experience, from initial meeting to final pickup, was perfect. It felt like Caramel got her own little mini vacation, hanging out with new friends and playing in a fun new location. We will certainly be back during future trips!
Ash a was phenomenal! My 5 yr old pit loved it And had a blast. Ash was great and communicating and updating us with pics/videos . I highly recommend Ash.

Schedule
I currently pet sit and foster dogs full-time from home. I typically pet sit about 2-3 dogs from rover at a time. I’m also an ardent dog foster - so there’s a good chance you’ll meet an additional pooch or two waiting to transition into forever homes!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a dedicated space for the dogs at home with a dog door that leads to a fenced-in yard. My friendly pup Jersey will be thrilled to keep yours company all day long. There’s plenty of space for playtime in the yard. With a toddler at this time, I cannot promise daily walks but the pups will get plenty of exercise playing in our yard. I do have a crate and playpen which I can bring out depending on your doggie’s level of training and comfort if needed. I’ll be happy to work with your needs to make an arrangement that’s best for you and your pup!
Pets
A typical day
I will have dedicated play time and training time. Typical playtime would include supervised outdoor time with my boy Jersey - we typically play fetch and tug. If your pup likes to play in water, I can bring out a kiddie pool. Indoor games include sharing exercises and guessing games with tiny treats.
