I appreciate knowing as much as possible about a pet's personality, routines, medical needs, and behavior ahead of time so I can provide the best care possible. While I have experience with dogs of varying sizes, I generally prefer small to medium sized dogs due to my own physical size, particularly if a dog is very strong on leash or requires significant physical handling. Clear communication about your pet's needs, quirks, and daily routine helps ensure a great experience for everyone.
A typical day
I like to keep pets on their usual routines so they feel comfortable and settled while their owners are away. Depending on the pet, our days might include neighborhood walks, games of fetch, exploring local parks, or simply relaxing together at home. I'm equally comfortable spending a quiet day at home with a pet who prefers companionship and routine as I am staying active and engaged with one who enjoys plenty of exercise and adventure. I enjoy getting to know each animal's personality and tailoring activities to what they enjoy most, whether that's lots of activity or extra cuddles and quiet companionship. My goal is always for pets to feel safe, happy, and loved until their family returns.

Ariel was a great sitter for my pug Max! On arrival, I noticed Max was scratching at his ears so before I even left, I took Ariel and Max to the vet where he was diagnosed with an ear infection. This meant Ariel was going to need to give him eardrops the entire time I was gone. Not the easiest way to make friends with a pug! Ariel handled it great and still got Max to make friends with her. She gave me daily updates and sent photos to let me know they were both having fun together and the ear treatment was going well. I would absolutely recommend Ariel to care for your pets if you have the opportunity to hire her.
I used Ariel on another app but Ariel was the best house sitter ever! My sweet babies loved her and I never worried about their care while I was away. She went through the guide ahead of time so she could ask follow up questions, which I appreciated and shows her diligence. Ariel was super clean and my home was spotless upon arrival. She is welcome back anytime! Can't recommend her enough
Ariel watched my cat, Sienna, and was fantastic. Sienna can be a little particular, but she took to Ariel right away and was clearly comfortable and happy while I was away. Ariel kept me updated, took great care of both Sienna and my home, and made it easy for me to relax knowing everything was in good hands. I’d absolutely trust Ariel to watch Sienna again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter.
