Hi there! My name is Anya and I am a college student in NYC. All my life I have been surrounded by dogs and cats. Feeding and walking animals have been a part of my daily routine since I can remember. In my hometown, I frequently house sat and dealt with old, young and sick pets with care and feel comfortable doing so. Since moving to the city, I miss my dogs terribly, so I know this will be enjoyable work for me! I am an extremely Covid conscious person, triple vaccinated and continue to take precautions.I am available to house sit, do check-in’s and dog walks. Anya was so attentive to our blind
Anya has done long-term pet care for my family over the past two summers. We have several cats and one dog. Anya has always been very reliable. One of our cats was very sick, and she tended to her with care, delivering medicine and giving her special treatment. She stayed at our house overnight for two weeks straight, but always kept the place tidy, and you would not have known she was there. Because we were gone for an extended period- she was responsible for the upkeep of our plants and gardens. We always arrive home with blooming greenery. Though she had a busy work schedule over the summer, she still found time to take our dog on walks and hikes to the lake on several occasions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for animal care.
Since my son moved out of my house, I have found it difficult to do many things, including taking care of my dog. Anya is a neighbor and had stepped in helping me around my house. When she still lived on my street, she would walk and feed my dog every day- among other things. Anya is a sweet young girl who seemed to instantly connect with my dog. Gracie misses her daily walks with Anya! I would highly recommend her.

Schedule
I work around my school schedule, which differs every day. I am available weekdays after my classes which end at 3 PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 4 PM Mondays and 7PM Thursdays. I am quite flexible so feel free to message me with any questions.

- I get along well with all types of dogs and cats. An animal with any sort of issue (medical, behavioral, etc) is not a problem for me, as long as it is not a risk to my safety. I would like to be informed prior to the session of any outstanding issues, so I can get a better idea of my day ahead.
