Hi! I’m Andrea, I am currently a 2nd year UF Vet Student who is home over the summer. I have owned pets my entire life and worked as a veterinary assistant for five years before becoming a veterinary technician, a position I have held for two years, including an ER position. In my past experiences, I developed strong skills in recognizing when something may be wrong and requires urgent attention. Through these experiences, I have become familiar with pets from many different backgrounds, homes, and personalities. I am also open to taking care of exotic animals and enjoy learning about their unique needs. Additionally, I am bilingual in Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with a wider range of pet owners. I genuinely love pets and seek to understand them on a personal level.

Andrea is so great! This is the second time I have hired her. One of our cats is on meds and high maintenance and I feel very secure leaving her in Andrea’s warm care.
Bella and I were so fortunate that we found Andrea! She is kind and caring and so easy to get to know! She was punctual for our meet and greet and right away I knew Bella was in excellent hands. She always gave me a full report with a picture of how Bella was doing. This was my first time using Rover and I must say I’m extremely pleased and i won’t hesitate to call on Andrea again
Andrea was a wonderful caretaker for our cats. She kept in great communication and took care of all the tasks. They seem so well cared for and in great condition, I’m so grateful.
