I’ve had pets in my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I’m experienced with Rover, having used the platform before, so I’m comfortable with the process from booking through drop-off and pick-up. Whether it’s a playful pup who needs plenty of walks or a more laid-back dog who just wants company on the sofa, I genuinely love spending time with animals and treat every dog in my care like my own. Your pup will get patience, attention, and a lot of love while you’re away.

Whether I’m caring for a pet in my own home or in yours, safety and comfort always come first. In my home, pets have a secure, calm space to settle in, with any hazards kept out of reach and a routine that mirrors what they’re used to as closely as possible. When I’m in a pet owner’s home, I treat it with the same care and respect I’d want for my own — following house rules, keeping doors and gates secure, and sticking to the pet’s normal feeding, walking, and sleeping routine so there’s minimal disruption to their day. I’m attentive to each animal’s individual needs and always keep an eye out for anything that seems off, so I can act quickly and keep owners in the loop. I’m also DBS checked.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine rather than feeling like an extra task. I build my day around the animals in my care, making sure walks, feeding times, and play happen consistently rather than being squeezed in around everything else. I’m someone who enjoys being active and spending time outdoors, so daily walks are something I look forward to, not just a duty. I also value quiet, settled time with pets — whether that’s sitting with a cat while they nap nearby or winding down with a dog in the evening. Overall, caring for a pet becomes a genuine part of my day, not just a scheduled commitment.
