I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years and have owned cats, parrots, and reptiles throughout that time. I currently have four cats of my own, so I’m very familiar with different personalities, routines, and the importance of making pets feel safe and comfortable in their own space. While I haven’t had a dog of my own, I’ve been lucky enough to be an honorary “Auntie” to a handful of very special dogs belonging to friends and family. I have plenty of experience spending time with dogs, walking them, caring for them, and—most importantly—spoiling them with lots of love and attention. For years, I traveled frequently for work, which always made me hesitant to get a dog of my own. I knew I’d feel guilty having to constantly arrange care while I was away. Now that my career has calmed down and I’m home much more often, I’d love the opportunity to meet some sweet pups, get to know their individual personalities, and have a few honorary nieces and nephews to dote on! I know firsthand how important it is to have someone you genuinely trust caring for your pets while you’re away. I’ll treat yours with the same patience, attention, and affection I’d want someone to give my own.

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to provide overnight care in your pet’s home. I believe pets are generally happiest and most comfortable staying in their own familiar environment, surrounded by their usual routines, smells, and belongings. Since I have four cats of my own, overnight sitting at your home is also the best fit for me. My cats are friendly with dogs, but they are not comfortable with other cats, and I want to preserve the balance of our established little pack. I own a two story home with plenty of rooms and a fully enclosed patio, which my pets love. However, because of my cats’ needs, I’m generally unable to host other cats in my home. I’m happy to discuss care for dogs and other pets on a case by case basis, with safety, comfort, and individual needs as the top priorities. I take trust and safety seriously and will care for your pets and home with patience, respect, and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Alicia as a pet sitter! She has watched my cats on and off for the past few years, and I have always felt completely comfortable leaving them in her care. For weekend trips, Alicia has done midday visits to check on them, feed them, and give them plenty of attention. For longer trips, she has stayed overnight with them, which gives me such peace of mind while I’m away. Alicia truly watches my cats as if they were her own. She is caring, dependable, and attentive, and it’s obvious how much she genuinely loves animals. It means so much to be able to go away knowing my cats are happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet sitter.
Alicia has been wonderful with our two dogs, Daisy and Rose. We haven’t needed her for overnight stays, but we’ve relied on her consistently for walks and she has always been incredibly dependable. She’s on time, reliable, and we feel completely comfortable knowing our girls are in good hands with her. One of our favorite bonuses is the photos she sends from their walks—they’re always SO good! We joke that we somehow ended up with a dog walker and a bonus pet photographer all in one. It’s always nice getting an update and seeing Daisy and Rose looking so happy while we’re away. We’d absolutely recommend Alicia to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and caring dog walker.
Alicia is an amazing and dependable pet sitter! She’s wonderful with my cats and does a great job walking and caring for my dogs. I always feel comfortable knowing my pets are in good hands with her. She’s also stayed overnight when needed and has been incredibly accommodating, even when I’ve reached out on short notice. Alicia is reliable, caring, and clearly loves animals.
