Before caring for your pet, I’d love to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, favorite activities, and any medications or special care they need. It’s also helpful to know their personality, how they interact with people and other animals, any fears or anxieties, and the commands they’re familiar with. My goal is to make your pet feel as comfortable and safe as possible by keeping their routine consistent and giving them the care and attention they’re used to.
A typical day
A typical day with the pets I watch is all about making them feel comfortable, loved, and sticking to their normal routine. We’ll start the day with a potty break, breakfast (if it’s part of their schedule), and plenty of attention. Throughout the day, I’ll make sure they get lots of exercise, playtime, fresh water, and any medications or special care they need. I love keeping pets active and happy with fun activities like walks, games of fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, and lots of cuddle time. For more relaxed pets, I’m happy to spend time brushing them, giving belly rubs, or simply keeping them company. I’ll also send regular photo updates so you can see how much fun your pet is having while you’re away!
