Your pet(s) will have at least 1 of us to supervise. If we step out, we have cameras and a gate to block off areas or if you’d like to provide kennels if they’re more comfortable, happy to make space! 🤳💬 We aim to provide morning and evening updates with pictures! We will promptly flag / address any emergency issues that may arise.

🎾Our toy bin includes balls, soft plushies and chew toys! 🦴Dog treats (please note any allergies!) 🐶🛌Extra dog beds / plenty of napping spaces 🛋️Access to couch— if you don’t we will keep with that schedule! 🧽🧹Clean house with routine cleaning. We always make sure all food is put away to prevent any counter surfing 🪻🌼We routinely have pest control (pet friendly), dog 💩 cleared, and backyard mowed for a clean and safe environment 😎Shaded patio if your dog likes to hang outside 🌊☀️ We also have a dog pool for extra hot days— (extra towels to dry them off) 🐾 If there’s rain/ muddy days, we make sure and clean dogs paws — or if mud rolling was unavoidable, we can provide a bath! In order to provide the best care and attention for your dog(s), there will not be more than 3 dogs (includes our dog) during our watch! If we take pets from different households, you will be notified!

We do ask for a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure our dogs are comfortable! Please share what schedule your dog follows (eating, sleeping, walking etc) Please also let us know if your dog has any fears (thunder, large noises, etc). If your dog has any kind of anxiety how should we help calm your dog. Any kind of medications, etc.
A typical day
We’ll follow your pets schedule to the best of our abilities! We tend to provide morning or late evening walks (to avoid summer heat) and during the afternoon let dogs out to play in the backyard. If it’s too hot, we’ll do some mental stimulation with tricks or play some indoor fetch! We’re open to accommodating what’s typical for your pet.

Howdy! We’re Alex and Evelyn! We have a 7 year old sheepadoodle named Paisley 🐶 and a 3 year old lionhead bunny named Ziro 🐰! We love all animals and have grown up caring for dogs and have been taking care of our friends non dog animals including cats, tortoise etc (see pics!) We both work from home and decided to start Rovering! Here’s what your pets can expect during their stay with us: Paisley 🐶 is a gentle giant who loves other dogs (young, senior, big, small) / animals! She has grown up around many small animals (rabbits/ cats) and does not chase them. Ziro 🐰has his own separate space and will not have any interactions with your pet. Happy to answer any questions you may have!

Alex and Evelyn are the BEST! They are so kind and caring, my anxious pup quickly warmed up to them and felt right at home. They are also great with following instructions and providing updates, which left me feeling confident that my pup was always safe and happy!
Alex was great, communicated with us throughout Chessy’s stay and clarified instructions on how to set our anxious girl up for success. Loved getting photos of her each morning and with other Rover friends!
Alex and Evelyn are absolutely amazing! They’re incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make sure my pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. They pay close attention to every detail — from feeding and to playtime updates and photos — and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They’re also super responsive and helpful, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. I always feel completely at ease knowing my pet is in their care. I couldn’t recommend Alex and Evelyn more — they’re the kind of sitters every pet owner hopes to find!
