As a lifelong cat parent, I've noticed our feline friends are often overlooked in pet sitting services. That's why I specialize in pet-sitting exclusively for cats! I get along with kittens and cats of all shapes and sizes, and can honestly say I've never met a cat I didn't like! I think of myself as a cat whisperer, due to my ability to connect with animals and cats on a deeper level. (Some might even call me a crazy cat lady, but I wear that label proudly!) This allows me to have deeply fulfilling bonds and relationships with any cat, as I can learn to attune to their needs and provide care in a personalized way. I've owned 3 cats over my lifetime and it is my passion to care for them. I have experience with all ages, from kittens that need more attention & play, to senior citizens that require more advanced care and compassion. Being an exclusive cat sitter, I offer premium cat-care service beyond the standard feeding, litter cleaning, and occasional check-ins. I will go above and beyond to make sure your cat feels loved, taken care of, and happy while you're away. I spent lots of time cuddling with, petting, grooming, talking to, and playing with my own cats throughout my life. I would treat your cat as one of my own and provide it the same level of care, comfort and attention as I would to my own fur babies. Aamina did a wonderful job babysitting our foster cat Cilantro while we were out of town. We were hoping that the experience would give us some insight into whether this cat would be suited for a household with other felines, and Aamina was very patient and conscientious about introducing him to the other cats in her care. She definitely lives up to the “cat whisperer” moniker, and we’ll for sure board with her again!
Aamina was amazing! She was super communicative, sending thoughtful updates about the kitties every day—how they ate, played, and settled in. She took extra care with all of our belongings and made the whole experience stress-free. Can’t recommend her enough!
From the very first message, to the really organized meet and greet, to the thoughtful drop off and pick up, and the consistent pictures and videos capturing how well they were cared for, Aamina went above and beyond boarding my 3 cats! What truly touched us was the thoughtful surprise when we picked them up: Aamina had prepared a goodie bag with treats, new toys, and even included a handwritten card. It was such a kind and personal touch that showed how much she cares. If you are looking for someone who treats your cats like family, Aamina is it. We are so grateful and won’t hesitate to book with her again!

Schedule
I work full-time remotely so I am around 24-hours to watch your cat(s) throughout the day. I play with and feed them in the morning, sit down to work, and attend to them throughout the day as needed.

Safety, trust & environment
I run a multi-cat boarding house which means other cats may be present during your kitty's stay. Rabies vaccination tag #s are required for boarding. I am also available for house sitting and PM-only drop-in visits.
A typical day
I start all my visits off with a friendly greeting and pets for your kitty. I talk to them and make sure they are doing okay, play with their favorite toys, and make sure to give them lots of pets and cuddles (if they want it). This allows me to put the focus of my care on not just the chores to be done, but the cat themselves! I will then complete all necessary tasks such as cleaning the litter, changing as needed, feeding, filling/changing water bowls, grooming, administering any special medications or any other special needs. Before leaving, I may provide them with treats (if allowed), more pets, cuddles, and play to their heart's content. I make sure the house is in the same condition or better each time I leave, and double check to make sure all doors are locked and tasks/instructions complete!
