We travel a lot, and the eight days we were away while our pup was with them was the most relaxing we've had with a dogsitter/boarder. We have a naughty 8-month old great dane, so we are sure he wasn't perfectly behaved, but we didn't know anything about it, because the videos, photos, and check-ins were so positive and he was very happy. It was so nice knowing they understand that from thousands of miles away, we can't do anything about bad behavior, broken things, sleepless nights, etc., so they didn't worry us and let us enjoy our vacation. That hasn't always been our experience. Thankyou!”
