Dadurch konnte ich wirklich beruhigt und entspannt weg sein, ohne mir ständig Sorgen machen zu müssen. Elvis war rundum bestens versorgt und wurde nicht einfach nur gefüttert, sondern wirklich liebevoll betreut. Als ich zurückkam, war er entspannt und zufrieden. Ich hätte mir die Betreuung in dieser Situation nicht besser wünschen können und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!”

In meinem Leben durfte ich schon 8 flauschige Hasen und Kaninchen adoptieren (also ja, ich kenne so ziemlich jedes Grünzeug im Schlaf) Ich habe schon Hunde von Freunden ausgeführt (inkl. Spielen, Kuscheln und komischen Zureden) und Katzen gefüttert, die mich dafür manchmal sogar ignoriert haben– (ganz nach Katzen-Art eben haha) 😸 Ich bin flexibel, zuverlässig und nehme die Betreuung ernst – aber immer mit einem Lächeln :) Ich bin zeitlich sehr flexibel, da ich gerade meinen Abschluss gemacht habe und aktuell remote arbeite. Ich bin an keine festen Arbeitszeiten gebunden und kann mich ganz nach den Bedürfnissen der Tiere richten! Obwohl ich selbst (noch) keinen Hund oder keine Katze habe, liegt bei mir erstaunlich viel Hundespielzeug herum – meine Hasen fanden es nämlich genauso spannend! 😄 Bei mir zuhause gibt’s viel Platz zum Spielen und Entdecken, besonders im großen Garten, in dem sich Hunde so richtig austoben können. Ob bei mir oder im Zuhause des Besitzers – ich sorge dafür, dass jedes Tier liebevoll betreut wird, sich sicher fühlt und seinen gewohnten Rhythmus behalten kann.

Das bedeutet, dass ich jede Menge Zeit habe, um mich intensiv um deine Samtpfote zu kümmern. Ich achte sehr darauf, dass sich Neuzugänge in Ruhe eingewöhnen können, ohne gestresst zu werden. Zudem halte ich die Besitzer regelmäßig mit süßen Fotos und Updates auf dem Laufenden, damit sie sich absolut keine Sorgen machen müssen.

Über: Seit meiner Kindheit war ich von Haustieren umgeben. Zuerst hatte ich ein Meerschweinchen und zwei Katzen, um die ich mich kümmerte. Als ich 11 Jahre alt wurde, bekam ich meinen geliebten Hund geschenkt. Die nächsten 10 Jahre ging ich jeden Tag mit ihm spazieren, fütterte ihn und trainierte ihn sogar. Als ich von meinen Eltern auszog, begann ich, meinen Kindheitstraum zu verwirklichen: Ich kümmerte mich um heimatlose Tiere, für die im Tierheim kein Platz war, pflegte sie, fütterte sie, ging mit ihnen spazieren und gab sie dann an neue Besitzer weiter. Danach arbeitete ich eineinhalb Jahre lang als Hundesitterin und Katzensitterin, sodass ich umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Hunderassen habe. Ich bin eine sehr verantwortungsbewusste Person, auf die man sich verlassen kann. Ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Job und im Prozess der Bewerbung an der Universität, daher bin ich völlig frei und jederzeit verfügbar, um mit Hunden spazieren zu gehen oder ein Tier zu mir nach Hause zu nehmen. Über: I have always been passionate about animal welfare. Throughout my professional career, I have immersed myself in learning as much as I can in regards to Animal Welfare. While my focus has been in dog training, I’ve never been shy about adding to my skills. As such, I’ve apprenticed as a Groomer’s Assistant, completed Canine First Aid and Confirmation courses, and I have even spent time working in Veterinary Clinics. These experiences were fulfilling and allowed me to provide comprehensive information for my human students, therefore bridging the critical gap between training the dog and teaching the human. Most recently in my professional career, I was able to open my own successful dog-training business in the states, collaborating with the families of individuals with disabilities, as well as local Animal Welfare organizations and Rescues to provide critical training for both Service Dogs, and dogs living in pet homes. I focused on tailoring training methods to accommodate diverse needs and frequently developed innovative approaches, all while collaborating with various other Pet Professionals in my area. I'm fairly free in my availabilty, pending time hasn't already been booked by other clients. For drop-ins/walks I start my days at 10AM and, finish at 5PM. I don't take drop-ins/walks on Sundays, but I'm otherwise available the rest of the week. For dogs, I like to spend at least 30-40 minutes a day on decompression walks, just allowing dogs to sniff and enjoy the sensory input they crave. I do NOT do public dog parks or allow greetings for Clients with random animals, and I always carry compressed air-spray in the event an off-leash dog approaches. I'm happy to provide play and light grooming, such as routine brushing and nail trims if applicable and requested. I require at least one Meet & Greet with the owner present before commiting to any sitting requests, as it is imperative to me that the dog is comfortable with me and confident with me entering the home without their owner. For cats, I prefer to let them greet me at their speed while ensuring they have all necessary resources and a clean litterbox. I'm very happy to spend the day with a book and cozy cat at my shoulder or on my lap, but it won't hurt my feelings if the cat is shy and prefers to avoid me. Either way, I'll keep their water filled and their box clean.

Über: Seit ich denken kann, habe ich meiner Oma beim Hundesitten tatkräftig unterstützt. Durch meinen Ex habe ich bereits Erfahrungen mit größeren Hunden gemacht und liebe es mit ihnen spazieren zu gehen. Ich habe sowohl Erfahrungen mit kleineren als auch mit größeren Hunden. Bei meiner Oma habe ich einen älteren Hund gepflegt, kenne mich aber auch mit jüngeren Hunden aus. Ich selbst besitze auch zwei Katzen und bin mit diesen auch groß geworden, weswegen mir die Katzenbetreuung einfach von der Hand geht. Sowohl hier, als auch bei Hunden, habe ich Erfahrungen mit Medikamenten verabreichen. Neben der Uni arbeite ich in Berlin und kann deshalb unter der Woche viel in Berlin sitten. Gerade in den Semesterferien habe ich viel Zeit, um mich um andere Tiere zu kümmern. Leider kann ich deinen Hund oder Katze nicht bei mir zu Hause betreuen, aber in deiner Wohnung kann ich das ganz gut :) je nachdem wie oft ihr normalerweise am Tag mit eurem Hund geht, kann ich das übernehmen.

Mir ist es wichtig, dass Tiere nicht nur versorgt werden, sondern auch Aufmerksamkeit, Beschäftigung und Zuwendung bekommen. Ich richte mich gerne nach den gewohnten Abläufen, damit sich dein Tier wohl und sicher fühlt. Bei mir erwartet dein Tier eine ruhige, liebevolle Umgebung mit viel Platz. Ich lebe in einer großen Maisonette-Wohnung (ca. 100 m²), in der ausreichend Raum für Rückzug und Bewegung vorhanden ist. Ein Garten ist vorhanden und wird bald eingezäunt, zusätzlich ist ein Catio (gesicherter Außenbereich für Katzen) in Planung. Durch meine eigenen Tiere und meine Erfahrung weiß ich, wie wichtig Geduld, Struktur und ein sicheres Umfeld sind. Ich gehe individuell auf jedes Tier ein und sorge dafür, dass es sich bei mir geborgen fühlt. 🐾✨

Ich bin an keine festen Arbeitszeiten gebunden und kann mich ganz nach den Bedürfnissen der Tiere richten! Obwohl ich selbst (noch) keinen Hund oder keine Katze habe, liegt bei mir erstaunlich viel Hundespielzeug herum – meine Hasen fanden es nämlich genauso spannend! 😄 Bei mir zuhause gibt’s viel Platz zum Spielen und Entdecken, besonders im großen Garten, in dem sich Hunde so richtig austoben können.
