My name is Thara, a 26-years-old animal lover, and I live with my 2yo mixed shelter dog Tilli in a studio in Berlin Friedrichshain. I've had her since she was a puppy! We have additional green spaces around the neighborhood, fresh air is guaranteed.
 I work from home on the available days, so I'll be able to offer an all-around service for your companion. As a dog owner myself, I'd be simply happy to help out some fellow dog-owners in need. I have a bunny, but he mostly isn't bothered.
 Just let me know what your dogs routine and needs look like and I'll make it happen. Usually I'm out with Tilli around 2-3 times a day (from short pee breaks to longer walks around the neighborhood) and there will be a lot of cuddling! Tilli loves company and is always friendly with other dogs - no matter the age and size. As Tilli still needs to learn some tricks and behaviors, I'd be happy to involve your furry friend as well.
 My space is limited, so it will most likely just be the two of them - your dog and mine. Both are welcome on any surface my flat has to offer, which also includes the couch and the bed. 🌞

Sie hat die zusätzliche Arbeit ohne zu zögern übernommen, uns nach mehreren kleinen „Unfällen“ der Katze sogar beim Saubermachen geholfen, die Medikamente genau nach unseren Anweisungen verabreicht und unserer Katze zusätzlich ganz viel Liebe und Kuscheleinheiten geschenkt. Ich kann gar nicht genug ausdrücken, wie dankbar ich für die liebevolle Betreuung bin. Dank Lucys Aufmerksamkeit wurden die Medikamente rechtzeitig gegeben und der Zustand unserer Katze hat sich nicht weiter verschlechtert. Normalerweise muss sie zum Tierarzt, wenn ein Schub nicht rechtzeitig behandelt wird – glücklicherweise war das dieses Mal nicht nötig. 🙏🏻❤️ Als wunderbaren Bonus hat Lucy uns regelmäßig über das Befinden beider Katzen auf dem Laufenden gehalten und sogar unsere Blumen gegossen, während wir weg waren. Ich kann Lucy als Katzensitterin von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Ihr könnt euch darauf verlassen, dass eure Haustiere – und auch euer Zuhause – während eurer Abwesenheit in besten Händen sind. Wir kamen nach Hause und fanden zwei glückliche Katzen, ein sauberes Zuhause und überhaupt kein Chaos vor. Vielen Dank, liebe Lucy! ❤️”

My husband and I are both big animal lovers, and we often help our friends by looking after their pets. My profile picture is of us with our friends' German Shepherd. As a freelancer, my schedule is flexible. I work part-time as a pet sitter because I genuinely love animals. I can flexibly adjust my pet-sitting hours to meet the owner's needs, whether it's on a weekday or a weekend. My place is a two-story apartment. It's a great space for cats, but the indoor area might be a bit small for a dog. However, there's a communal garden downstairs, and I will take your dog out at least twice a day. Additionally, there are many parks nearby that are perfect for dogs to run and play in.

Durch ihre energiegeladene und intelligente Art habe ich viel Erfahrung im Umgang und in der Erziehung von Hunden gesammelt. Ich kenne mich sehr gut mit Hunden aus und möchte mir als Hundesitter etwas dazuverdienen. Mir geht es dabei aber nicht nur ums Geld, denn gerne kann ich dich auch etwas bei der Erziehung deines Hundes unterstützen. Wenn sich das für dich gut anhört, dann melde dich doch einfach bei mir :) Ich bin in der Woche generell sehr flexibel daher empfiehlt er sich einfach nur dass wir im direkten Austausch sind und dann sollte alles klappen. Angrenzend an meiner Wohnung habe ich einen eingezäunten Hundepark. Unter anderem habe ich nützlich Equipment wie ein Hundeleine oder ein Geschirr oder Hundes, Spielzeug wie Frisbee und ein Tauseil Ansonsten kann ich mich sehr gut auf die Eigenschaften von dir und deines Hundes anpassen.

Kiri was quite anxious of the new impressions initially but warmed up thanks to Neele's patience and her dog Rio's sweet nature. They played lots together and had fun on their walks. Über: I have lived with cats and dogs my whole life. I enjoy the company of cats and would be happy to sometimes look after them for you (mostly drop in visits as I’d prefer to stay in my own home). I am a dog person at heart. I grew up with Rott Weilers and blue heelers so I’m familiar with both large breeds and energetic ones. I’ve also had experience with pet sitting since I was 18. I spend half my time in Australia as I’m Australian and love my job as a paramedic (obviously I can’t work remotely). When I’m there I spend my months house and pet sitting as I’ve yet to buy my own property. As such I have many references already from those experiences and the relationships I’ve built up over the years, which I have saved and can provide on request. I live in Berlin for a little over half of the year with my German husband. While I’m here I don’t do regular work so I’m available for dog walking most days. I’d also be happy to board house trained dogs. Any dogs that stay in my home have to be properly trained so they don’t cause issues for my downstairs neighbours who complain about noise. Plus we live in an Altbau with porous flooring so I can’t risk wee accidents. Due to my lifestyle it would be unfair for me to have my own dog and so I rely on dog sitting/walking for my interactions. I don’t work in Berlin, I just have an urban sports membership so I can be fairly flexible. I have regular exercise classes that I attend that I won’t change. But otherwise I’m available most of the time and happy to be spontaneous when time permits. We live in an apartment with an elevator. I also have a crate that I set up for the dogs to sleep in overnight as my bed is too high for their safety.

Über: I have always been passionate about animal welfare. Throughout my professional career, I have immersed myself in learning as much as I can in regards to Animal Welfare. While my focus has been in dog training, I’ve never been shy about adding to my skills. As such, I’ve apprenticed as a Groomer’s Assistant, completed Canine First Aid and Confirmation courses, and I have even spent time working in Veterinary Clinics. These experiences were fulfilling and allowed me to provide comprehensive information for my human students, therefore bridging the critical gap between training the dog and teaching the human. Most recently in my professional career, I was able to open my own successful dog-training business in the states, collaborating with the families of individuals with disabilities, as well as local Animal Welfare organizations and Rescues to provide critical training for both Service Dogs, and dogs living in pet homes. I focused on tailoring training methods to accommodate diverse needs and frequently developed innovative approaches, all while collaborating with various other Pet Professionals in my area. I'm fairly free in my availabilty, pending time hasn't already been booked by other clients. For drop-ins/walks I start my days at 10AM and, finish at 5PM. I don't take drop-ins/walks on Sundays, but I'm otherwise available the rest of the week. For dogs, I like to spend at least 30-40 minutes a day on decompression walks, just allowing dogs to sniff and enjoy the sensory input they crave. I do NOT do public dog parks or allow greetings for Clients with random animals, and I always carry compressed air-spray in the event an off-leash dog approaches. I'm happy to provide play and light grooming, such as routine brushing and nail trims if applicable and requested. I require at least one Meet & Greet with the owner present before commiting to any sitting requests, as it is imperative to me that the dog is comfortable with me and confident with me entering the home without their owner. For cats, I prefer to let them greet me at their speed while ensuring they have all necessary resources and a clean litterbox. I'm very happy to spend the day with a book and cozy cat at my shoulder or on my lap, but it won't hurt my feelings if the cat is shy and prefers to avoid me. Either way, I'll keep their water filled and their box clean.

My name is Thara, a 26-years-old animal lover, and I live with my 2yo mixed shelter dog Tilli in a studio in Berlin Friedrichshain. I've had her since she was a puppy! We have additional green spaces around the neighborhood, fresh air is guaranteed.
 I work from home on the available days, so I'll be able to offer an all-around service for your companion. As a dog owner myself, I'd be simply happy to help out some fellow dog-owners in need. I have a bunny, but he mostly isn't bothered.
 Just let me know what your dogs routine and needs look like and I'll make it happen. Usually I'm out with Tilli around 2-3 times a day (from short pee breaks to longer walks around the neighborhood) and there will be a lot of cuddling! Tilli loves company and is always friendly with other dogs - no matter the age and size. As Tilli still needs to learn some tricks and behaviors, I'd be happy to involve your furry friend as well.
 My space is limited, so it will most likely just be the two of them - your dog and mine. Both are welcome on any surface my flat has to offer, which also includes the couch and the bed. 🌞
