This can change from client to client. There are sitters that do pick up and drop for free and some that will add an extra charge for that service. If you are unable to pick up and drop off, making it clear in your profile and with clients before booking is important. My suggestion is to figure out if you want to offer this service or not and to communicate with your clients on this.

This would be an open conversation with owners. I just transparent with owners when talking to them about having your dog come along on walks. Best practice would be to have the dogs meet before hand, to make sure they get along with one another. Overall it's going to depend on the owner and their dog.

Yes, you can extend the stay. The owner does still have to be able to log in and accept the new extension of the stay. You can find the button to "extend the stay" within the stay summary under "review the stay." This request should only include the dates the stay ends to when the dog will be picked up. You want to reach out to to Rover Support 888- 453-7889, so they can get you the refund for the other nights that were not serviced.

Yes, just make sure the stay request has the right total of drop in visits. Once the booking has been made with the right amount of drop ins, you have contact Rover Support to modify the stay or hit the modification button on the stay. They can fix the amount for each day from there.

If you want to offer services in a new area, you need to change your address. Owners will be searching for you at the old address or college address because that's what the system has.

Rover Match is a service for owners to use, where Rover reaches out to sitters on the owner's behalf that they think will be a good match for both. There is no difference in pay to the sitter, just hopefully a new client.

In the future I would be very upfront with the owner, of what drop in visits in tells and that all the dogs that are in need or care, need to have profiles on Rover.
