how to extend a current stay?
The owners have been delayed due to a flight cancellation. Can I extend their stay or do they have to do that? They are in France.

Yes, you can extend the stay. The owner does still have to be able to log in and accept the new extension of the stay. You can find the button to "extend the stay" within the stay summary under "review the stay." This request should only include the dates the stay ends to when the dog will be picked up.
