I had a request to watch a dog last week for the upcoming holdiday weekend, we scheduled a meet and greet and she did not show up in the process of booking another meet and greet I got a request to watch another dog. This new client arrived early and she would like me to watch her dog next week as well as the holiday weekend. Do I owe any type of loyalty to the first client? asked a question | late/no show for meet and greet A potential client for the upcoming holiday weekend did not show up for our meet and greet. The appointment was at 6 pm (she told me her children had a sporting event near my house) around that time she called and said she would be an hour late because the sporting ebent had not yet ended. I said okay that is fine (I am just getting started so I am really trying to build up my clients). Around 8:30 pm i text her and asked if she was still coming. She apologized and said she had to take her children to get something to eat after a sporting event. She inferred it would not take long so I said okay and waited. Currently it is 11:30 pm and she has not showed up (I would not answer if she did) My question to you guys is how you would handle the situation if she were to schedule another meet and greet and possibly a stay? |
