| answered a question | Are you allowed to give out your coupon code to customers that contact you directly through Rover? Christine, I recently tried to do that, through message, and it would not let me. The couple I am making plans with is a first time customer of mine, which I thought was the point of the coupon code. So I am with you with the confusion, but with my recent experience, you can not message it to them. |

I set my radius as 10 miles from my home, but I have a request for someone 14.1 miles from my home. Would it be acceptable to tack on a couple extra dollars since I will have to travel to their home a few times a day for 4 days?
