What should I charge for 20 hours care per day?

What should I charge for 20 hours care per day during the holidays for a 7 day period at the owner's home?

Comments

MY thought is that it is the most of the day. Sometimes night time is the easiest. If it were me I would charge a regular day amount. However, I do not go to owners' homes... This is completely up to you!

HI there,

None of us can answer that for you. It's going to depend on what services you're providing, your skills and expertise, and the market in your area. Take a look at what others in your city are charging for travel sitting. If you're new to rover, shoot for a few dollars under the average rate, and then raise your rate when you have a couple reviews and start to show up higher in the search rankings. It sounds like you'll be at the client's home the majority of the day, so if it were me, I wouldn't go any lower than your nightly rate.

For the holiday period, most of us set our holiday rate for $5-10 higher than our normal nightly rate.
