Why is the pending payment not showing on my account anymore?
I usually have a pending transaction on my account on my dashboard but I am unable to see it right now.

If you requested payment, the Pending Payment goes away immediately regardless if you received it yet or not. It sounds like you may have requested payment.
The pending balance is the amount of money you will receive from current and future booked stays. After the stay is completed and the money has been released to you, it will no longer show up in your pending balance, and will again be in your available balance. If you have no upcoming stays because they've all been completed or canceled, your pending balance should be 0.
