My client rated me 5 stars but no review. Can they go back and do so?

Hi! A couple of my clients rated 5 stars, but didn't add any comments. And since they already clicked 5 stars, they aren't able to go back and write a review. Is there a way to retroactively do this?

They need to contact Rover to have them fix it on the back end. They can allow them to resubmit their review, or if they send them what they meant to say, then can add it in.
