Can I adjust a rate for a specific dog?

Can I permanently change a rate for a specific dog? I have a frequent customer and since I know the dog well enough, I don't want to charge the puppy rate even though his age puts him in that category. Wondering if there is a way to not have to adjust the rate for each booking?

I don't think there's a way to change the rate just for one specific client. You might call Rover Customer Support and ask, but it's my understanding that the rates are determined for each task, not a specific client.

Before you book the stay there should be an option to modify, and there you can adjust the amount per day and add any additional charges. I had to do this for a client who had a dog that was not house trained. I decided to charge a little more since the puppy would require more frequent visits. It worked well!

I like the idea of being able to adjust the price during booking. This would be helpful when a client wants to board and the timeframe is longer that 24hrs as well.
